Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Client Service Advisor to support customers on international projects from Greece. This 100% remote role offers the Mediterranean lifestyle with flexible work arrangements.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with orders and payments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain CRM records. Dutch fluency (C1/C2) and English (B2–C1) are required for project assignments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dutch at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and elevate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
