Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Client Service Advisors to support customers from Greece on various international projects. The role offers 100% remote work from Greece, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts, and a competitive salary with a 14-month pay structure plus a performance bonus.

Requirements include Dutch at C1/C2 and English at B2–C1, depending on project. A relocation package and comprehensive onboarding are provided to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) required.
• English (B2-C1) level may vary by project.
• Proven customer-focused service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain CRM records.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused support.
