Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to manage inquiries via phone, email and chat from a fully remote setup based in Greece. You will help customers with orders, payments, returns and account questions while recording interactions in internal systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1-C2) required.
• Good English communication (minimum B2) necessary.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to relocate permanently to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, returns and account inquiries.
• Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.
