RDN CONS seeks Dutch-speaking customer support specialists to join an international team delivering excellent service. This fully remote role is based in Greece, with relocation support and paid training provided to help you settle.

You'll handle orders, inquiries, payments, returns, and account questions via phone, email, and chat, maintaining high satisfaction. Strong Dutch and English skills, great communication, and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1-C2) required.
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use multiple applications.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to relocate permanently to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and account-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.
