Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks Dutch Bilingual Experts to contribute to a global language and AI training project focused on Dutch language understanding and generation. You will evaluate AI-generated Dutch speech, assess linguistic accuracy, and provide detailed feedback to support language model improvement.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong Dutch language expertise, English communication skills, and attention to detail are the key requirements for this role.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch proficiency
• B2+ proficiency in English
• Experience in linguistic evaluation or language QA is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and evaluation criteria

Responsibilities

• Listen to short Dutch audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall quality of AI-generated speech
• Assess pronunciation, grammar, intonation, accent, and linguistic authenticity
• Identify language errors and unnatural expressions and provide clear written feedback
• Document findings using project tools and guidelines
• Apply rubrics and quality standards consistently across tasks
• Collaborate with QA leads to ensure consistency and accuracy in evaluations
• Participate in project updates and respond to clarifications as needed
• Complete evaluations accurately and within timelines
• Maintain high attention to detail throughout review and submission
