Job summary

Blab seeks a Data Analyst to join the Data & AI team in Amsterdam. You will build dashboards, prepare reports, and run analyses across a wide range of topics, from growth to communications and standards/impact.

Under the Director of Data Analytics & AI, you’ll develop reusable data assets, uplift data usability, and contribute to a growing, independent analyst trajectory, with guidance from senior staff. This role is remote-first with NL/UK work eligibility and commuting distance to Amsterdam or

Qualifications

• Relevant degree as listed
• 1–2 years of data analytics experience
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Clear communication and data storytelling abilities
• Proficiency with BI tools and SQL
• Programming with R or Python preferred; Excel/Sheets

Responsibilities

• Build, upgrade, and maintain dashboards across topics (growth, comms, standards/impact)
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports; conduct data analysis
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure dashboard accuracy
• Apply basic statistical methods and data storytelling
