Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a part-time Community Manager to join our Creative & Media team. You’ll manage social conversations, adapt brand tone, and engage followers from your home office with a reliable WiFi connection.

Work from anywhere with flexible weekly missions. You’ll need HBO level education, fluency in Dutch and English, and a passion for trends and customer-friendly problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum HBO work and thinking level.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
• Strong sense of social media trends and how to engage audiences.
• Creative, customer-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Willingness to work during weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• You’re the legend in the comments, the whisperer of the socials.
• You’re a chameleon when it comes to shifting between brand tone of voices and -vibes.
• You’re the reason our followers are smiling.
• You’re the one with your finger on the pulse of the online world, always in the loop with the latest trends and buzz.
• Comments that land on your plate are usually cheer but sometimes jeer. So you're basically on the social frontlines, deciding whether a pinch of humor will de-escalate or if it's time to call the PR department.
