Responsibilities include creating variations from multiple perspectives and identifying gaps or flawed reasoning in AI outputs to guide practical change management at scale.

• Able to provide clear, structured feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated content related to organisational change, turnaround strategy, implementation, and practical change management.
• Assess AI outputs for practical relevance, compliance, and effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
• Develop realistic turnaround and change scenarios informed by your own professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives, such as consultant, client, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Identify missing elements, oversights, or flawed reasoning in AI-generated content.
• Apply your expertise to assess, enhance, and guide AI-generated organisational content so it accurately reflects the complexities and best practices of change management at scale.
