Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced brand strategy directors to help train our language model on professional presentation tasks. This fully remote role requires 4+ years at a leading brand, agency, or CPG company and a portfolio of presentation work.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across core workflows such as brand strategy decks and campaign rationale slides. The role offers $70/hour for 5–20 hours per week, with ASAP start and flexible commitment.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced brand strategy directors who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for brand strategy directors with 4+ years at a leading brand, agency, or CPG company to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: brand strategy decks, positioning and architecture presentations, campaign creative rationale slides, brand tracking readouts, and annual brand plan presentations.

Compensation: $70/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
