Job summary

Henkel in Amsterdam offers a full-time internship focused on building enterprise AI solutions for Supply Chain. You will design and develop AI agents with Copilot Studio, gather requirements from global teams, and translate them into impactful AI builds.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Databricks, Celonis, and process mining; collaborate with senior stakeholders; and contribute to data-driven insights and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Passion for AI, analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, AI tools, or process mining is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build AI Solutions for Supply Chain using Copilot Studio.
• Design and develop AI agents and RAG-based assistants.
• Gather requirements from global/regional teams and translate into AI solutions.
• Provide data-driven insights and support process mining initiatives.
• Create process maps and documentation for key business processes.
