Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a seasoned Financial Systems & Accounting Expert for a remote, worldwide contractor role. You will evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs, review month-end closes, and ensure accuracy across ERP systems, including NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on financial accounting or FP&A experience.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on with multiple financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero or Dynamics 365).
• Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows and financial systems logic across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
