Job summary

Ethos is inviting experienced accountants to contribute expert analysis to a confidential AI research initiative focused on real-world financial tasks and complex accounting scenarios. This fully remote, project-based role offers flexible 10-20 hours per week and compensation of $100 per hour.

You will evaluate AI outputs, craft tasks for models, and produce artefacts using your accounting expertise. Prior ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualifications and 3–6 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant work experience as an Accountant.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Recognised accountancy qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience working in larger companies (200+ FTEs).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
