Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, using financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions. In this dual role, you will support branch success and provide excellent service across in-branch and digital channels.

You will collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management teams to meet clients' needs, open accounts, and assist with digital product usage.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in customer service, financial service, or sales.
Moderate computer and digital product usage skills are required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Build and retain customer relationships, assess financial needs, and tailor product recommendations.
Collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management teams to connect clients with specialists.
Operate teller drawer and assist customers at lobby/drive-up.
Open and maintain accounts and support digital product usage.
Identify potential fraud and risk factors in transactions.
May be required to open/close the bank depending on shift.
Support community and bank events.
