Job summary

NIBC Bank N.V. is seeking a medior Business Analyst for Regulatory Reporting. You will analyze business and IT requirements within Finance and Regulatory Reporting, supporting technology-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and future‑proofing.

You will work with stakeholders, data teams, and IT delivery teams to translate complex regulatory needs into functional requirements and data specifications, while driving improvements across data models and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to interpret regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, reconciliations, and impact assessments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements across Finance and Regulatory Reporting value chain.
• Perform detailed data analysis to support regulatory reporting and investigations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into data specs, transformation rules, and reporting logic.
• Coordinate testing activities including UAT and validation of outputs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine requirements into epics and user stories.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within Regulatory Reporting.
