Job summary

DSV Moerdijk is seeking an Operations Manager Transport Solutions to lead a 15–20 person team and own the transport processes for contract logistics clients in Moerdijk and Tholen. You will optimize daily transport activities, ensure safe and timely freight execution, and report to the Netherlands freight director.

You will drive continuous improvement, foster collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders, and contribute to DSV's future through quarterly client reviews and KPI-driven

Qualifications

• 5-10 years proven experience in a transport or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; strategic insight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize daily transport activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure correct, safe, and timely execution of all freight processes.
• Deliver management information and steer KPIs to achieve targets.
