Job summary

Axon is seeking a Mission Support Manager to drive customer success and technical adoption for public safety customers across Northern Europe. You will act as the technical expert across the Axon ecosystem, supporting customers remotely with travel to customer sites as needed.

You will liaise between customers, Axon, and delivery partners, manage tickets and installations, and collaborate with sales to support ongoing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Become the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and delivery partners.
  • Follow-up on all customer requests and support tickets.
  • Work with the sales team to support existing customers.
  • Manage tickets and RMAs through the adoption lifecycle.
  • Travel up to 40%, nationally and internationally.
  • Coordinate and schedule regular calls with customers.
  • Focus on customer loyalty and advocacy.
  • Proactively identify ways to keep customers successful with Axon products.
  • Facilitate integration with customer platforms and perform installations.

  • Reporting to: Manager, Regional Support & Technical Account Management
  • Travel expectations: up to ~40% (variably in-country and across Northern Europe - typically Benelux, Nordics, and Baltics)
  • Location: working remotely unless you are travelling to customer sites
Your Impact

As the Mission Support Manager, you will be tasked with driving customer success and technical adoption of Axon products and solutions, with the objective of grant a successful adoption and use of our technology for the Public Safety and adjacent sectors in the region. Axon is seeking professionals that can work at the tactical level and drive a successful adoption through persistence and execution.

Your Day to Day
  • Become the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem, maintaining deep knowledge of both current and expanding product deployments.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and any strategic delivery partners.
  • Follow‑up on all requests submitted from customers.
  • Work with the sales team to support existing customers.
  • Manage tickets and RMA and work with internal teams from the identify of an issue and through the entire life cycle of the adoption.
  • Travel may be required, up to 40%, nationally and internationally.
  • Coordinate and schedule regular calls with existing customers.
  • Focus on customer loyalty
  • Proactively look out for customers' business, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with Axon products
  • Facilitate integration with existing customer platforms.
  • Installation and commissioning
What You’ll Bring
  • Fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills is essential.
  • Tactically focused on managing customer success adoption.
  • Mission driven mentality, highly motivated, with a drive to execute on tasks.
  • Strong technical foundation including working knowledge of:
    • Enterprise networking including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.
    • SaaS platforms, cloud applications, APIs, identity management, authentication, and enterprise software administration.
    • Windows environments, Active Directory / Entra ID, and enterprise endpoint management concepts.
    • Integration patterns, system interoperability, and enterprise application ecosystems.
    • Technical troubleshooting across software, networking, configuration, and infrastructure domains.
  • The ability to legally live in territory, and travel to other countries as required. This may require you to personally obtain work and travel visas.
  • The ability to work with all levels in an organization effectively and build strong partnerships.
  • Strong computer skills - proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and collaboration tools (i.e. Salesforce, Trello, etc.).
