Mars seeks a Regional Project Engineer to lead CAB investments across multiple sites, providing technical leadership to multi-disciplinary teams in packaging, process, utilities and facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical, Biochemical, Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years engineering/technical experience in packaging, process or utilities.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from scoping to close using Mars Project Management curriculum.
• Lead engineering contractors and subcontractors during all project phases.
• Maintain effective supplier relationships to support quality, reliability and delivery.
• Manage project budgets for assigned projects, ensuring delivery within financial objectives.
• Define and execute technical solutions aligned with safety, food safety, environmental and legal obligations.
• Hold primary responsibility for installation activities, ensuring safe execution and readiness for commissioning.
• Develop equipment performance specs to support procurement and FAT.
• Act as a functional expert providing technical guidance to other departments.
• Participate in Regional COP, contributing to global standards and improvements.
