Job summary

Zscaler, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to lead our Data Security sales team across EMEA and APJ. This field-based, remote role is flexible to major EU cities and UK, reporting to the GVP of Speciality Sales.

You will guide a team of 10 Data Security Specialist Account Executives and drive strategic revenue growth. You’ll recruit, hire, and coach talent; own territory planning and forecast accuracy; and align with product, marketing, and services to satisfy customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle sales experience within software or security industries.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing a data security sales team.
• Regional experience across EMEA and/or APJ regions.
• Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and closing C‑Suite deals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Data Security Specialist Account Executive team across EMEA & APJ.
• Own territory planning, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment in a matrix environment.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and services to align field needs with strategy.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to drive sales strategy and close deals at the C‑level.
