Job summary

Sisk Group in the Netherlands seeks a Regional Design Manager to lead the design management function for Data Centre projects. You will drive governance from concept through delivery, embed sustainability standards, and oversee regional design teams.

Lead strategic direction, mentor staff, manage cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to continuous improvement and risk management across the BU and with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in design management within the construction industry, preferably with Data Centre experience.
• Professional qualification in design/engineering (RIBA/MCIOB or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Design management function across the BU with reporting teams.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for design management operations.
• Mentor and coach Design Management Teams and Package Managers.
• Establish succession planning within the design management team.
