Are you a refrigeration technician who enjoys working with high-end customers? Would you like a role with regular daytime hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00), full travel time compensation, and the opportunity to manage your own region independently?

On behalf of a fast-growing company in the commercial kitchen sector, I am looking for an experienced technician to service refrigeration and freezer installations. The business is growing rapidly and focuses heavily on quality, structure, and customer service. The challenge is to deliver excellent service to demanding customers while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds an F-Gas Category 1 certification, or is willing to obtain it.
• Has a vocational (MBO/LTS) background in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Has experience with refrigeration technology and cooling equipment.
• Preferably holds VCA Basic and NEN 3140 certifications.
• Has experience working in a customer‑facing service environment.
• Holds a valid Category B driving licence.
• Speaks reasonable to good Dutch (preferred but not essential).
• Is self‑sufficient, proactive, and has a positive attitude.

You will be responsible for:

• Maintenance and servicing of commercial kitchen and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical faults at customer sites.
• Planning and organising your own work within your assigned region.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Working independently while being part of a supportive team.
• Attending technical training courses and continuously developing your skills.
