Job summary

Fortaegis Technologies in Amsterdam seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to own the full hiring workflow, from intake through offer, while building a high-quality candidate pipeline. You will screen, interview, and coordinate process steps across all levels of the organization to ensure a perfect culture and skill fit.

The role requires 3–5 years in TA, a Bachelor's degree, and strong English communication. Experience with ATS is essential; Team Tailor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end hiring process from intake to offer.
• Screen resumes, portfolios, and cover letters for fit.
• Conduct initial screening calls for hard skills and culture fit.
• Maintain and develop candidate pipelines using an ATS.
• Act as the primary contact and advocate for candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and requirements.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling.
• Keep job boards and careers site up to date.
• Engage with all levels of the organization to challenge when needed.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the hiring process - from intake through offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience from time of application through hiring and beyond.
• Screening and review of resumes, portfolios, and cover letters to evaluate if candidates meet the qualifications and requirements for open roles.
• Managing and conducting initial screening calls to assess a candidate's hard skills, cultural fit, and overall alignment with Fortaegis
• Maintain and develop the pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions using an ATS
• Vocalize and embody the mission and culture of our company towards candidates - including being their point of contact
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to define a role, its requirements and the ideal candidate
• Proactively source candidates, by using LinkedIn Recruiter or other relevant tools
• Coordinate interview logistics
• Upkeep of our job boards and careers website
• Work comfortably with all levels of the organization and able to appropriately challenge when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Experience working within ATS. Team Tailor experience a plus
• 3-5 years of experience working in talent acquisition
• Strong and effective communication and organizational skills
• High energy and passion
• Comfort with ambiguity with a hands-on and proactive mentality
• Creative recruiting techniques while ensuring best practices are implemented
• Comfortable using metrics to improve processes
