Job summary

DHL is ’s werelds toonaangevende logistiek dienstverlener en heeft een distributiecentrum in Weert. Als Receiver voer je ontvangst en verwerking uit in het WMS-systeem en zorg je voor juiste labeling en registratie van goederen.

Werkdagen zijn maandag tot en met vrijdag in twee ploegen (06:00–15:00 en 15:00–00:00). Er zijn opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden, met kansen op certificering van EPT en aantrekkelijke toeslagen.

Qualifications

• Basiskennis en ervaring in logistiek.
• Goede beheersing van Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
• Ervaring met het bedienen van een elektrisch pallettruck (EPT) - certificeerbaar.

Responsibilities

• Controleren van inkomende pallets op hoeveelheid, schade, verpakking en labels.
• Controleren van zendinggegevens in het WMS op juistheid.
• Boekingen registreren in WMS en labels/LPNs aanmaken of corrigeren.
• Problemen signaleren en rapporteren.

Over de functie

As a Receiver you are responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments in the WMS system, ensuring that goods are correctly checked, labelled, and recorded. The role ensures accurate inventory and timely resolution of any discrepancies or issues.

• Checking incoming pallets for quantity, damage, packaging, and labels
• Checking shipment details in the WMS to make sure they are correct
• Booking receipts in WMS and create/correct LPNs and labels
• Finding and reporting any problems

Working hours

Work takes place Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 00:00
