Job summary

Amiio is building the AI Operating Layer for Real Estate. You will be a core domain expert, ensuring everything we build reflects how real estate finance teams actually work, from the first customer conversation to what we ship next.

Bring hands-on experience—NOI, service charge reconciliation, asset management—and translate that depth into AI skills as we reshape reporting, budgeting, forecasting and portfolio analysis in Amiio.fluently English is required, Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in real estate finance (asset management, controlling, fund or portfolio reporting, or advisory).
• Ownership mindset with proactive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Be the domain expert in the room by engaging with finance teams, controllers and asset managers to understand real-world workflows.
• Turn financial workflows (reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, portfolio analysis) into AI skills in Amiio and map customer data with Product/Data/Engineering.
• Review user interactions with the platform to identify domain gaps and expand the knowledge model beyond tickets.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to decide which reusable skills and features to build next.
