Technical Agronomy Advisor (High tech greenhouse tomatoes, strawberries, peppers, cucumbers, leafy vegetables & flowers) - Netherlands - Greenhouse - €33,600 - €39,600

The Job:

Our client is seeking a Technical Agronomy Advisor to support growers across the Dutch high-tech greenhouse sector. This is a field-based role focused on providing practical agronomic advice, developing grower relationships, supporting trials and helping drive the commercial growth of an innovative crop solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with greenhouse growers across the region.
• Provide practical agronomic and technical advice.
• Support growers with product demonstrations and field trials.
• Identify new grower leads and commercial opportunities.
• Work closely with distributors on customer visits and technical support.
• Organise grower demonstrations and support trial activity.
• Attend industry events and gather market feedback.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on activity and results.

The Candidate:

• Degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Plant Pathology or a related subject.
• Strong practical knowledge of high-tech greenhouse tomato and strawberry production is essential.
• Experience within Dutch greenhouse horticulture.
• Knowledge of peppers, cucumbers or leafy vegetables would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of plant nutrition, crop production and biostimulants.
• Confident communicating with growers and technical/commercial teams.
• Commercially minded, organised and comfortable working independently.
• Fluent Dutch and English with a full driving licence.

Candidate Requirements
