Goal

• Optimize the environmental conditions within our indoor farms to maximize plant growth and health.
• Investigate the relationship between food and health to enhance nutritional value.

Key Responsibilities and tasks

• Conduct and execute experiments.
• Assist with plant growing, harvesting and post-harvest quality checks.
• Collect and process data using advanced tools and technologies, conducting initial analysis.
• Crop monitoring and management during trials, reporting any deviations or anomalies.
• Collaborate with teams to execute trials, actively participating and contributing insights.
• Maintain detailed documentation and report findings.
• Understand the relationship between environmental conditions and crop growth.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ethical, and sustainability standards.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging agri-tech trends and research to contribute innovative ideas.

Required Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in relevant fields such as Horticulture, Crop production, Greenhouse farming
