Job summary

Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) sought for a Good CQC-rated nursing home near Groningen/Leek in the Netherlands. This role blends direct clinical care with leadership to raise standards, guide the team and support residents' quality of life.

NMC registration as an RGN/RMN and at least 3 years in a senior nursing role in a care home are required. You will work with the management team on care planning, medication management and governance.

Qualifications

£46,400 per year | 37.5 Hours per Week | Good CQC-Rated Nursing Home

For an experienced senior nurse, this is an opportunity to remain close to clinical care while having a greater influence on the standards, confidence and development of the wider team.

We're looking for an accomplished Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) with significant senior experience within a nursing home. You'll work closely with the management team, providing hands-on clinical leadership while ensuring consistently high standards are maintained across the service.

Your Clinical Background

Active

NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.

A minimum of

3 years' experience in a similar senior nursing role within a nursing home.

Strong experience caring for
