Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist (CES) in the Netherlands to drive the commercial success of rare disease treatments. You will engage with hematologists, immunologists, and internal medicine specialists, executing sales and marketing plans across indications such as systemic mastocytosis and ITP.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize access, outcomes, and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Existing network of customers within hematology, immunology, or internal medicine is a plus.
• Strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with healthcare professionals across hematology, immunology, and internal medicine.
• Develop tailored account plans and monitor customer journeys.
