Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking an I&D Project Manager to lead cross-functional development projects from concept to launch of radar technology. You’ll collaborate with Innovation & Development, Production, Product Management, Procurement, and external suppliers to deliver complex systems on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Head of Project Management, you’ll ensure all teams deliver their parts and uphold internal quality frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 6+ years contributing to development projects in an engineering role and 2+ years in a project management role.
• Solid understanding of product development methodologies; Agile experience a plus.
• Strong grasp of budget estimation, resource forecasting, and risk management.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry quality standards; Fluent English (Dutch a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and scoping: Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional input; build detailed plans balancing timelines and resources.
• Execution and delivery: Drive end-to-end development, prototyping, and validation to market readiness.
• Resource and financial oversight: Estimate budgets and forecast resources; ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Stakeholder alignment and reviews: Lead gate reviews and clearly communicate status, risks, and milestones.
