Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking a System Validation Engineer to ensure integrated electrical and mechanical systems survive harsh environments. You will configure hardware, instrument tests, and troubleshoot failures, coordinating with I&D Engineering and external labs.

This role reports to the System Validation & Validation Team Lead and supports deployments to critical sites. You will apply MIL-STD-810, NATO STANAG, and CE standards, manage thermal, vibration, and EMC campaigns, and ensure 100%

Qualifications

  • BSc or MSc in Engineering with a focus on Mechanics or Electromechanics.
  • 3+ years in validation/test engineering for hardware–software systems.
  • Proven ability to apply MIL-STD-810, NATO STANAG and CE standards.
  • Experience running thermal, vibration, shock and EMC campaigns at external labs.
  • Hands-on assembly and instrumentation, with root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare devices under test from mechanical assembly to electrical configuration.
  • Design and execute rigorous test plans aligned with product specs.
  • Instrument systems with sensors and translate data into actionable feedback for R&D.
  • Coordinate with external test labs and provide precise instructions.
  • Write final conclusions from lab data and maintain traceability to requirements.
  • Consolidate test logs into formal engineering reports with complete traceability.
