Job summary

TKH Security is seeking a People Manager for its Software R&D department in Zoetermeer to lead a team of 15 developers alongside another R&D Manager. You will provide coaching, align growth with business needs, and drive SSDLC compliance to ensure secure, high quality software.

You will collaborate with product management, product owners, and a Scrum Master to translate roadmaps into effective execution, remove bottlenecks, and foster knowledge sharing while upholding a culture of teamwork,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management or as Scrum Master in complex IT environments.
• Practical knowledge of SSDLC and good development practices.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing issues and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15 software developers and coordinate with another R&D Manager.
• Provide leadership, management and direction to ensure collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee SSDLC to maintain high standards and timely delivery.
• Support talent development and address bottlenecks to align growth with business needs.
