Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking an R&D Engineering Technician to support development and validation of dosing, dispensing, dilution, and packaging solutions for the professional cleaning and hygiene industry. You will build prototypes, run tests, and verify performance in collaboration with Innovation and Product Development teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, problem solving, and teamwork in a lab/workshop setting, with opportunities for growth in a global company.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 / associate degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in lab, workshop or R&D environment.
• Experience building prototypes and testing.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Hands-on, proactive, curious and eager to learn.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Build, modify, and maintain prototypes, test rigs, and lab setups.
• Execute product testing and verification per test plans.
• Support development and validation of dosing, dispensing, dilution, and packaging solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues during testing and propose solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and document test results.
• Contribute to improving testing methods and equipment.
