Uptec in the Netherlands is seeking an R&D Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary development projects within a high-tech engineering environment. You drive concepts through development, validation and industrialisation, collaborating with mechanical, electrical, software, mechatronics and systems engineering teams.

You connect technical decisions to project objectives and deadlines, coordinate across disciplines, manage scope, budget and risks, and support transitions toward production.

• Experience leading complex multidisciplinary R&D or product development projects.
• Technical background in high-tech or machine-building environments.
• Ability to manage scope, planning, budgets, resources and risks.
• Strong communication with engineers and senior stakeholders.
