Koninklijke Verkade, part of pladis, offers an R&D Packaging internship to a motivated student. You will structure a central data base for packaging specs, update visual standards, and assist with trials at a major international FMCG site.

Workload includes data collection, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration with the packaging team. Ideal candidates are 3rd/4th year students in Food Science (packaging), skilled in data handling and Excel, with strong English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master in Food Science (packaging specialization) or similar.
• Proficient at managing large data sets with Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English; Dutch is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Structure and maintain a central data base for packaging specs.
• Create and update packaging visual standards (VST).
• Assist in trial execution, pilot plant testing and reporting.
• Assist the packaging technologist with plant troubleshooting and data collection.
• Own a project on recycle-ready/productivity for packaging under supervision.
• Follow GMPs and maintain safe, hygienic practices.
• Support scheduling of packaging tasks and resource planning.
• Record results and provide recommendations.
