You will build deep process understanding to develop new products and ensure high-quality manufacturing. The role emphasizes initiative, practical innovation, and collaboration with global teams.

You will advance gel-technology products, optimize equipment for better performance, and help transfer R&D to production while contributing to MOC/HAZOP and site development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering with a focus on process technology and innovation.
• Knowledge of polymer and/or film technology.
• Experience with project management and Lean Six Sigma.
• Team player with pragmatic approach and initiative.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous development of products or technologies linked to gel technology.
• Understand process impacts and optimize production equipment for new functionality.
• Contribute to development and commercialization of new products, transferring R&D to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, acting as project champion.
• Support the evolution of the R&D facility and shape the work environment.
• Contribute to local MOC and HAZOP activities.
