NXP Semiconductors seeks an experienced R&D Engineer/Developer to join the Hardware Design Environment (HDE) - TR team. You will design, develop, automate, deploy, and support software in Unix/Linux (Red Hat) and AWS, delivering secure, scalable solutions that empower R&D activities.

Work closely with stakeholders and global teams to translate requirements into practical software, participate in the full lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement in an Agile/DevOps setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Perl, PHP, Python, C, and C++.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and OO design.
• Unix/Linux (Red Hat) environments and AWS cloud services.
• CI/CD, DevOps, and automation experience.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX for web apps.
• MySQL design, development, optimization, and admin.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Develop automation to improve deployment and reliability.
• Build and support applications in Unix/Linux and AWS environments.
• Participate in solution architecture reviews and tech evaluations.
• Engage in CI/CD, DevOps workflows, and infrastructure automation.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Troubleshoot issues with root-cause analysis and fixes.
• Ensure security, performance, and maintainability of solutions.
• Collaborate with QA on tests and code reviews.
• Maintain technical docs and provide user guidance.
