Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Multi-Site Quality Engineer to serve as the key link between Manufacturing Plants and Technical Control Labs, partnering with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, IT, and Marketing to improve plant quality performance and support new product introductions.

You will lead quality improvement initiatives across sites, manage investigations with Six Sigma and root-cause analysis, and drive the rollout of quality systems and digital tools while delivering training to quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering-related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Services, or Product Development.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence change in a global, matrix environment.
