Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of digital tools which support Quality Food Safety management, reporting and communication.
- Day to day management of Safefood including data run rules, ways of working (to maintain data accuracy), dashboards, reporting and improvements, training of users.
- Coordinates business reviews with external vendor for supplier Quality management to drive functional improvement and manage projects
- Support JDE Peets audit, approval and performance management program including tools and templates (internal audit checklist, SAQs, traceability assessments, PPWR questionnaires)
- Development and maintenance of Quality KPI reports aligned with AOP with progressive move to automate reporting using approved business sources of data (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, DMOS, PowerApps)
- Structuring and maintenance of Quality Sharepoint (Quality Hub) which is used for storing critical quality standards, reports, contacts and knowledge
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent in Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Engineering, Food Science or Nutrition or relevant vocational experience
- Knowledge of quality and food safety standards and practices (ISO/ FSSC 22000, IFS, HACCP) and manufacturing systems (e.g. SAP)
- High level of attention to detail, analytical skills and curiosity for systems development
- A team player who can engage fully with associates at all levels of the business
- Fluent in written and spoken English
