Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Building or Civil Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read technical drawings, layouts and architectural specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the current HeartFelt layout and material-list process to identify automation opportunities.
• Gather requirements from relevant teams and translate into potential solutions.
• Research and evaluate software, AI tools and automation technologies for layout generation.
• Assess feasibility of internal solutions versus external tools.
• Support development of a prototype or proof-of-concept solution.
• Create standardized design rules and templates for HeartFelt ceilings.
• Explore methods for automatically generating material lists from layouts.
• Test, validate and document findings; present outcomes to stakeholders.
