QuantWare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale engineering and operations teams. You’ll own 8-10 roles end-to-end, partner with Hiring Managers, and manage candidates through early screening to offer.

You’ll coordinate interviews, maintain a positive candidate experience, and help refine scalable recruitment processes while leveraging ATS and LinkedIn to build a strong employer brand in a fast-growing quantum tech startup.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a startup/scale-up environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Psychology or Engineering.
• Comfortable reading deep-tech profiles and engineering vocab.
• Strong written communication and concise outreach skills.
• Calm under time pressure and highly organized.
• Excellent English communication throughout the process.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, partnering with hiring managers on specs and interview design.
• Coordinate interviews across teams, schedule, prep interviewers and maintain timelines.
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers at every step.
• Develop scalable recruitment procedures and keep ATS up-to-date.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues to leadership to keep hiring on track.
• Represent the employer brand at events and engagement activities.
