QuantWare BV is seeking a Science Communications Manager to own how its quantum technology is explained publicly. You will co-write papers, lead grant writing, and produce whitepapers, videos, blog posts, and conference materials.

You’ll shape technical narratives with engineering leads and support the CEO with investor calls and media appearances. The role requires a Master’s or PhD in a technical field, strong English writing, and the ability to collaborate across R&D, Product, Management, and

• Excellent writing skills and ability to make hard technical material simple - without making it wrong.
• Ability to tailor complex technical stories for physicists, investors, analysts, and press.
• Experience collaborating with R&D, Product, Management and Marketing teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, embargoed material, and time pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Publish peer-reviewed papers and preprints with R&D teams.
• Lead technical writing on proposals to government and funding bodies.
• Create whitepapers, explainer videos, blog posts, and conference materials.
• Develop technical stories with engineering leads for VP Marketing narratives.
• Prepare technical materials for investor/analyst calls, media appearances, and keynotes.
• Ensure language, framing and defensibility of public materials.
• Report to the VP Marketing.
