Job summary

Plexus Resource Solutions partners with a boutique Crypto market maker to recruit a Quant Trader for systematic market-making and short-horizon strategies.

You will sit at the intersection of quantitative research and live trading, researching, developing and deploying signals while analysing market data, order books and execution.

Based in Amsterdam, or willing to relocate, you will support risk, portfolio construction and expansion into new markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in quantitative trading/research, ideally HFT or market making.
• Strong Python and large-dataset experience.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure and execution.
• Strong trading intuition and commercial mindset.
• Genuine interest in crypto.

Responsibilities

• Research and improve systematic market-making and short-horizon strategies.
• Analyse market data, order books and execution.
• Develop and deploy new signals and optimise live strategies.
