Job summary

Gravity Team Ltd in Amsterdam is seeking a high-performance eFX Quantitative Trader with deep Forex or HFT experience, ready to own their vertical and deliver immediate PnL impact. You will develop and iterate FX/crypto trading strategies, build predictive models, manage spot arbitrage and oversee the forex pipeline, from rate tracking to deployment.

Expect to analyze market microstructure, optimize Sharpe ratios, and collaborate on fiat hedging and multi-exchange asset rebalancing.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in high-frequency or proprietary trading.
Experience in Forex or fiat markets and low-latency systems.
Strong skills in hedging, asset rebalancing, and post-trade analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop and iterate high-frequency trading strategies with focus on Forex and Crypto / OTC.
Build and optimize predictive models and signals for execution, hedging, and post-trade analysis.
Execute and manage spot arbitrage trades through to deliverable settlement, coordinating inventory availability and post-trade reconciliation.
Own the forex trading pipeline — from rate tracking, market making logic, to monitoring and deployment.
Collaborate on improving fiat hedging, exotic currency flows, and OTC settlement logic.
Analyze market microstructure and execution performance to improve Sharpe and reduce slippage.
Help evolve asset allocation logic — we actively manage assets across 30+ exchanges daily.
