APG Asset Management Amsterdam seeks a Quant Developer to join the Infrastructure EU Team, developing an analytics platform for private markets and supporting the investment process. The role focuses on scalable data pipelines, cloud-native tooling, and collaboration with researchers across regions.

The ideal candidate has a quantitative background, 3–5 years in data engineering/analytics, and proficiency in Python, SQL, and CI/CD with cloud and microservices experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in quantitative fields such as Math, Stats, CS.
• Strong analytical and statistical reasoning.
• Experience with data engineering and analytics in finance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with portfolio managers and researchers to translate ideas into tooling.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines and cloud-native apps.
• Develop data-driven analytics and an LLM platform for investment decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, model transparency and system stability.
