Job summary

APG Asset Management Amsterdam seeks a Quant Developer to join the Infrastructure EU Team. You will help build a global analytics platform for private markets, integrating climate risk and financial datasets to support investment decisions.

The ideal candidate has a MSc in a quantitative field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong Python/SQL coding skills, with cloud and CI/CD experience. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing environment with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• This role requires a strong quantitative background with coding focus.
• Experience in data engineering and analytics is essential.
• Ability to build scalable, robust data tooling in a cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with portfolio managers and engineers to understand infrastructure investment processes.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and cloud-native applications.
• Conduct thematic research with a quantitative angle on underwriting impacts.
• Develop data-driven analytics and an LLM platform for investment decisions.
• Translate research into scalable information products and ensure data accuracy.
