Job summary

smarta minds GmbH seeks a Team Lead Quality Assurance Benelux to own product and process quality at the Eindhoven site, while mentoring one team member in Puurs, Belgium. The role focuses on maintaining a robust QMS and leading audits across the Benelux region.

You will drive CAPA, change-control, validation and qualification activities, ensuring compliance in a highly regulated industry with great stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance or quality management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Quality Management System.
• Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001 and practical ISO 14001 experience.
• Audit experience including customer, supplier and internal/external audits.
• Experience with CAPA, non-conformity management and change control.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or food).
• Good understanding of hygiene, cleanroom or contamination-control requirements.
• Fluent Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Direct ownership of product and process quality at the Eindhoven site.
• Maintain and improve the integrated QMS.
• Coordinate internal, external, supplier and customer audits.
• Manage non-conformities and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate CAPA, change-control, validation and qualification activities.
• Prepare and review quality agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Oversee local supplier quality processes.
• Ensure alignment of QA activities between the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Support development of the on-site team member in Puurs.
