Qualifications

• HBO-WO diploma, preferably Hogere Veiligheidskunde.
• Leadership and coaching skills to drive QESH initiatives.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Regulatory expertise in ISO, HACCP, BRC, IFS, FSMA, ARBO and SHE.
• Operational and strategic thinking; tech proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and implement quality and safety policy in line with export countries.
• Monitor developments in international regulations and assess impact.
• Advise production management on process control and new products.
• Develop, implement, and monitor procedures and manuals.
• Qualify employees to conduct internal audits.
• Conduct quality and safety audits of suppliers.
• Supervise external audits/inspections.
• Determine measurement methods and tools for inspections.
• Manage measuring tools and ensure calibration.
• Improve overall safety awareness (RI&E and Plan of Action).
