Job summary

BAADER Doesburg is seeking a Manager QESH to lead quality and safety policy development and implementation across the operation. You will coordinate audits, manage measuring tools and calibration, and advise departments on QESH issues to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates hold HBO/WO in safety, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with QESH software and audits; the role reports to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• An HBO/WO level with preference for Hogere Veiligheidskunde.
• Leadership and coaching skills to drive QESH initiatives and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Regulatory expertise in ISO standards, HACCP, BRC, IFS, FSMA, ARBO, and SHE legislation.
• Operational and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency with QESH management software and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and implement the quality and safety policy across the company.
• Coordinate development and maintenance of the quality and safety system.
• Promote improvement processes and ensure compliance with standards and legislation.
• Advise departments on quality and safety aspects.
• Develop, implement, and monitor procedures and standards.
• Develop and maintain quality, safety and procedure manuals.
• Qualify employees to conduct internal audits.
• Conduct quality and safety audits at suppliers and manage supplier list.
• Supervise external audits/inspections by customers and inspectors.
• Determine measurement methods and tools for inspections.
• Evaluate measurement reports and decide on approvals.
• Manage measuring tools and ensure calibration.
• Inspect returned products and handle complaints.
• Improve overall safety awareness (update RI&E and Plan of Action).
