Job summary

Payter is seeking a Quality Officer to safeguard and improve quality across products, processes and systems. You will develop and enforce quality policies, conduct audits, and lead improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field and at least five years in quality assurance or regulatory oversight. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; Chinese is a plus. Join a team that values integrity and continuous learning.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to deliver complex information in a clear and structured way.
• Fluent Dutch and English; Chinese language is a plus.

As a Quality Officer, you are responsible for safeguarding and improving the quality and reliability of products, processes, and systems across the organization. • Develops and maintains policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products, materials, components

• Monitor and improve the reliability of new product development processes and testing processes to ensure quality.

• Actively participating in meetings with development and other teams.

• Organizes and prepares for periodic process, product, and procedural assessments (internal checks).

• Processes information in the quality management system and prepares quality management reports.

• Provide support to other areas as and when required.

• Training employees.
