Job summary

Royal Ingredients Group, part of the Cefetra Group, is seeking a Quality Manager in Alkmaar. You will develop and guarantee the quality policy and QMS, overseeing quality, food & feed safety, and compliance across our international operations.

You will lead the Netherlands QA team while coordinating the QA Administrator in the USA, driving continuous improvement and risk-based supplier management.

Qualifications

• Requires HBO/WO level in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in quality with coordinating or managerial experience.
• Experience with team development and remote management.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, audits, and food safety regulations.
• Proficient in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality team in the Netherlands and supervise QA administration in the USA.
• Ensure Food & Feed Safety and regulatory compliance; drive HACCP activities.
• Identify risks, monitor trends, and implement improvement actions.
• Manage supplier risk, performance, and compliance; handle complaints.
• Coordinate management reviews, audits, and certifications (IFS, ISO 22000, GMP+).
