Job summary

Royal Ingredients Group, based in Alkmaar, is seeking a Quality Manager to develop and guarantee the quality policy and QMS across the organisation. You will lead the Quality team in the Netherlands and coordinate with QA Administrator in the USA, ensuring compliance with Food & Feed Safety standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee risk-based supplier management, and report on KPIs and annual quality plans. Hybrid work with one fixed home day is offered.

Qualifications

• Requires HBO/WO level thinking and working.
• Minimum 5 years' quality experience including coordinating or managerial roles.
• Experience with team development and remote management.
• Strong knowledge of standards, audits, laws, and Food & Feed Safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and guarantee the quality policy and QMS, ensuring audit-proof systems.
• Lead, coach and develop the Quality team.
• Ensure Food & Feed Safety, compliance, and relevant regulations; lead HACCP consultations.
